Dr. Kelly Parnell was born and raised in Idaho Falls. She graduated from Washington State University in 2014. After graduation, Dr. Parnell returned to Eastern Idaho and has been practicing here ever since.
In her free time, she enjoys gardening, watching football (GO PACK GO!), and spending time with her family.
